Focus Scripture (John 14:27, KJV): “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

Today’s Reflection: Peace

Jesus spoke these words to his disciples before a difficult season. His peace does not require an easy day; it rests in his presence and promises. We can bring our anxieties to him without denying that they are real.

Reflect

What worry have you been carrying alone?

Put It Into Practice

Pause for five minutes and pray specifically about that worry.

Prayer

Jesus, let your peace steady my thoughts and guide my choices today. Amen.
