Focus Scripture (Lamentations 3:22-23, KJV): “It is of the LORD’S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
Today’s Reflection: Hope
These words come from a book filled with sorrow. They show that hope is not shallow optimism; it is confidence in God’s faithful mercy even amid loss. Today is an opportunity to receive that mercy and begin again.
Reflect
What would it look like to receive God’s mercy today?
Put It Into Practice
Thank God for one new opportunity and offer mercy to someone else.
Prayer
Faithful God, thank you for fresh mercies and the hope of a new day. Amen.
