A lamp helps us see where to place our feet. This verse describes God’s Word as guidance for the path we walk. It does not promise that we will see every turn ahead. It invites us to let Scripture shape the choices before us.
Perhaps your next step is an honest conversation, an apology, or a responsibility you have postponed. Read Psalm 119:97–112 for the surrounding context. Notice how the writer connects understanding with obedience. Ask what faithful action looks like in your circumstances.
