These Bible verses on Hope will help you gain faith and strength with God when you are afflicted, confused, and in pain in times of difficulty.

We all live under the pressure of family, marriage, work, or personal relationships in real life. Some find themselves embroiled in disagreements, feel lost, and even lose hope in life.

How to get through difficult times? The following Bible verses about hope and related content will help you gain the hope you need from God and revive your faith for a harmonious life.

What is Hope according to the Bible?

According to the Bible, Hope has nothing in common with optimism, the heart’s desire to see everything beautiful and which, like the human heart itself, can be “above all deceptive”. Hope is of divine origin, a seed deposited in every heart as soon as it is born again.

However small it may be initially, Hope is a principle of life, a divine seed that must not perish.

However, he needs the care and infinite patience of the Divine Cultivator. It must also be subject to the divine laws that lead any plant to maturity: hot and cold, day and night, sun and storm. Hope is faith in full activity.

Hope triumphs in days when everything leads to despair. God created it for this, as formerly He placed the lights in the expanse to reign over the night.

If Hope is born and grows in a life that receives Jesus Christ and learns to obey, follow and serve him, its point of arrival will be in the glory of heaven. In tribulations, optimism fades, but hope blossoms.

As it rejoices, it grows with patience, which produces endurance. These three virtues make the Christian a winner whose anchor is cast within the veil.
